Running Fitness for Beginners

These sessions are for anyone over the age of 16.  They are short fun interval sessions which are aimed at improving fitness and technique.

Walk, jog or run at your own pace – ALL levels welcome.  No distance running involved. 

Sessions are held every Tuesday from 6.00pm – 7.00pm.

First session is FREE and then £3 per session.
