Running Fitness for Beginners

These sessions are aimed at anyone over the age of 16.

They are short fun interval sessions which are aimed at improving fitness and technique. 

Walk, jog or run at your own pace – ALL levels welcome.  No distance running involved. 

Sessions are held every Thursday from 6.00pm – 7.00pm. 

First session is FREE and then £3 per session.

Please wear suitable clothing for outdoor exercise and bring plenty of water.

We meet in the car park in Elizabeth Hawkes Way, (Off Cannon Lane), SL6 3EQ
